One of the many services we offer is that of valuations and in particular 'Probate Valuations'
The valuations are given by one of our senior Managing Directors Mr Paul Harrison.
Mr Harrison is an auctioneer and businessman of many years.
He is also the founding member of Harrison's Auction Centre.
An auction centre that is still trading eighteen years later, although Mr Harrison is no longer associated with the company.
The valuations we give are for property contents, antiques, gold, silver, vehicles and all related items.
All the valuations are auction estimates.
Depending on the extent of the valuation will determine the fee charged.
Our lowest fee is just £50 + Vat.
This is for the valuation of up to five items which are photographed and sent by email to us. We then value each item and email or post a hard copy of our report back to you.
If you have many more items or a whole estate to value, the next option is to video the contents of the estate and send it to us by email together with a report of the goods.
We will then value each item of merit (over £50) and forward a full report back to you.
The fee for this is from £195 + Vat.
If the estate is of a greater value Mr Harrison will make an appointment to attend the property and complete a full inventory of the estate.
