Subject to availability, if we have a clearance slot available the next day or the day after we could offer you a genuine 5 or 10% reduction from the fee quoted.
I would advise you to get your quotation from our office, if you are happy to proceed with the offer then quote the promo/code LAST/MIN and your fee will be reduced by 10%. Not only will your fee be reduced by 10%, we will also remove the first three carpets or underlay, from your property, free of charge. This would normally cost £108 inclusive.

This is known as 'non productive earnings' We don't like that.
